Kate DeCiccio M.A., LPC

Executive Director

Kate has a masters degree from Liberty University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, is Nationally Board Certified, and a Certified Trauma Clinician.  Kate has served in ministry for 20 years, helping plant churches with her husband Matt.  They are involved in pastoral ministry, leading inner healing retreats, and establishing intentional Christian community.  Kate chose to pursue a career in clinical mental health counseling in order to strengthen her ability to serve in more skillful and knowledgeable ways.  During her education journey, the vision of Time To Restore was birthed out of a desire to provide the church community with better tools for healthy minds, emotions, relationships, and overall health that is aligned with biblical values. She recognized the need churches have for competent, biblically sound, integrated health services.  Healing is her passion and helping others find a path to abundant living has become her mission. Kate loves to create content to support the healing process.  She enjoys her role collaborating on several podcasts and blogs, helping to develop workshops, and plans to write a book,

so stay tuned!

With training in trauma-informed mental health techniques including somatic interventions, CBT, and IFS, she offers Christian counseling using tools from biblically sound sources.  Kate guides the healing process through integrating the elements of spirit, mind, emotions, body, and relationships. She focuses on helping others move forward with new strength and purpose based in acceptance and compassion. Her goals are to help others embrace grief, honor loss, recover from burnout, learn restorative soul care, and relate better with others.  In her free time, Kate loves to spend time with her wonderful husband, 3 beautiful children, and dog Hero doing just about anything together.  Except the laundry.   Recently, Kate and her family moved to a small Connecticut coastal town where they enjoy refreshing walks by the water

and time with friends.
