About Us
Time To Restore is a 501(c)(3) organization led by licensed mental health professionals with the goal to help people and communities in Connecticut and online find both individual and relational lasting healing. Established in 2022, our non-profit has worked to provide services and create and develop content that brings education, understanding, growth, and healing.

As a diverse team of highly skilled and experienced professionals, Time To Restore provides therapeutic opportunities and education for integrated healing and growth. Our ultimate goal is to provide a safe space for all to learn, heal, and grow in order to live abundantly.

Statement of Faith
1. There exists only one God, creator and sustainer of all things, infinitely perfect and eternally co-existing in three persons: God the Father, Jesus the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
2. We believe that the Bible is the Word of God, fully inspired and without error in the original manuscripts, written under the inspiration of the Holy Spirit, and that it has supreme authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
3. We believe that Jesus Christ was both fully human and fully God, and through His death and resurrection he offers salvation through grace. The Holy Spirit indwells and transforms the believer's life, including their mental health journey.
4. We believe Jesus Christ taught that all people are worthy of respect and that we are to serve all with love. We are committed to follow His example.
