Intensives

Our weekend-long intensives are designed for those ready to press into growth. During this focused time away from daily distractions, there is opportunity to dive deeper into restoration, transformation, and renewal. These trauma-informed, focused experiences combine extended counseling sessions, targeted workshops, and practical exercises that invite participants to confront patterns, process emotions, and build new skills. While the process requires courage and persistence, the intensive format fosters powerful breakthroughs and lasting change in a consolidated amount of time.

"I experienced DECADES of healing in one short weekend. I would recommend this intensive to anyone and everyone! When I find myself in old patterns of relating or just familiar feelings and situations I find myself taking a step back to actually reflect on what I learned. I also find that I have made it more of a priority to find out what those parts need, even if I have to get back to them later. Making myself a priority is a new thing for me and I am so glad I made myself a priority by GOING to the intensive."
