Grief & Loss Workshops

#1 - Understanding Grief

This workshop teaches you that grief is normal and natural, and even necessary in our lives. The act of grieving is a journey for both heart and soul, and can be both excruciating and transformative.  You will be taught what healthy grieving is, and given ways to cope that lead you to hope and a deeper meaning for life.

#2 - Walking Alongside Someone Who is Grieving

Have you ever said “I wish I knew what to say or do to be helpful?” This workshop explains the nature of grief and loss, and the role it plays in our lives. You will explore myths and assumptions our society has taught us and then you will learn what is and isn’t helpful for yourself and your companion in the midst of grief.
